Return & Exchange Policy

All Angora Auras garments are handmade or machine-knit with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for each customer and are therefore non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and design information before production begins.

Ready-to-Ship Items
All ready-to-ship items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
Angora Auras is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may have been purchased and production may have begun, making the order ineligible for cancellation or refund.
